Additional information: Tencel is a similar kind of natural viscose fiber as bamboo. It is silky soft and will remain soft even when drip dried. It is particularly suitable for sensitive skin and, like bamboo, antibacterial. This is due to the structure of the fiber: it transfers moisture from the skin and closes it within the fiber very quickly, so that bacteria can not be formed. The fabric feels drier. Tencel is about 50% more absorbent than cotton. It is warm, breathable (cool in summer) and durable. Tencel however dries significantly faster than bamboo. Tencel fiber is 100% biodegradable and its production is more ecological than any other cellulose fiber.
